Get Ready to Read

Here are some ways to help motivate your child to want to learn to read:

  • Take the My Reading Adventure poster out of the box. Show your child the stickers that go on it-one for each story or book.
  • Hang up the poster in a place that's easy for your child to see and reach.
  • Explain that each space on the poster represents a story or book and that every time he or she reads a story they can stick a star on the poster.
